Solo quest/grind for heal-tank have low dmg, just mobs cant kill you, you cant kill fast, its all boring and less rewarding for this 'importants' group-role in MmoRpg It's pretty hard to read this Text, but I guess your main problem is that the usual group setup of 1t/1h/2dd is not a thing in beginner content?
